Dot the i provides a cost effective, flexible and practical solution by taking on some of those key day-to-day, strategic or developmental tasks and projects : allowing you to maximise the potential of your business and focus your energies where they are most needed.

It's a little bit like having a extra multi-skilled member of your team, with no strings attached!

Our experience
  • We bring over 20 years experience of working in small businesses, arts organisations and the voluntary sector and have developed a strong understanding of the distinct challenges faced by entrepreneur and artist-led small organisations.

  • Run by experienced manager Jane Dixon , our portfolio of skills encompasses business development, financial management, the development of effective administration & HR procedures, marketing and customer service.

  • As a creative and resourceful individual Jane brings a mix of pragmatism, good humour and drive to projects undertaken for Dot the i clients.

How we work

We like to get to know our clients so that we can understand your work and the key issues facing you.  After an initial face to face consulation we will draw up a proposal to outline the services we can offer.   The nature of how we work varies from client to client - some people prefer to engage us on a project to project basis, for others it works best to have on-going support.  Whichever option you choose, our services are always flexible and we're happy to adapt to meet the needs of your business.

Where we work

Dot the i is based in Glasgow - working in both the west end and Bearsden.  We can work at your premises within the greater Glasgow area, or we can provide remote support and keep in touch on a regular basis via email, skype or phone, with catch up meetings as required.

How we charge for our services

Services are charged for on an hourly basis and vary in cost depending on the nature of the work.   We also have a range of 'price per job' packages available.
